A warm welcome to Year 2’s class page!
Term 2 is a very busy term for Woodpecker Class. We are continuing with our new phonics programme – Floppy Phonics.
As we prepare for our Nativity performance, please help your child to learn both the song words and the spoken words they need for our production. Costume letters will follow shortly!
Year 2’s ‘Come and Learn’ afternoon is scheduled for 1.30pm on 4th December – invitations to follow.
We are now all named after woodland creatures. There are 3 types of woodpecker present in the British Isles: the greater spotted, lesser spotted and green. It is possible to see all 3 of these in the South East but you are more likely to hear them than see them!
