Family Liaison Officer

At Woodchurch CEP School, we are committed to supporting our families in every aspect of school and home life. Our Family Liaison Officer (FLO) is Miss Tombs.

Miss Tombs’ role is to:

  • Provide pastoral support to parents and carers.

  • Help with any issues relating to supporting your children both at home and at school.

  • Encourage parental involvement within the school community.

  • Signpost families to appropriate agencies and services.

  • Offer support directly to children in school.

If you have a personal concern or a school-related issue, Miss Tombs is here to help. She has access to a range of agencies who can offer specialist advice and support for you and your family.

No query is too big or too small — Miss Tombs works impartially, confidentially, and without judgement, providing a friendly and understanding listening ear whenever it’s needed. She can liaise with school staff where necessary, always with the best interests of the children and their families in mind.
